Janet Kininmonth has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, working both with the private and public sectors since early 2002.

Janet has led and delivered many executive and specialist recruitment assignments throughout her career in recruitment. Her particular focus has been the financial executive recruitment market within the private and public sectors, for both temporary and permanent placements. Janet's strong customer focus and people management skills have enabled her to build a strong reputation in the Canberra recruitment market and she is recognised for her specialist expertise.

Prior to entering the recruitment industry Janet had a career in retail banking working for one of Australia's leading banks in a variety of roles including client relations, branch and regional management and human resources. During her banking career Janet was recognised on a number of occasions by management and peers for her capacity to lead and manage large teams of people and for delivering high quality services to a range of clients, including a portfolio of high profile customers.

Catherine has a depth of experience in recruitment, coaching, development, change management, people leadership and customer service.

Catherine has demonstrated the ability to relate to clients at all levels by clearly understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet these needs. Her strong client focus and dedicated approach to work have enabled her to exceed client expectations.

Prior to commencing with Cantlie Recruitment Services, Catherine was the Regional Manager of Branch Sales at a leading Australian financial services organisation. Catherine used creative and effective motivation and leadership techniques to drive a customer-centric culture by implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience across the Westpac branch network.

Sharon Isherwood

Sharon's specialty is in providing quality candidates to fill roles in accounting and finance positions across the private and public sectors. Sharon has established a great reputation within the Canberra community having gained her credentials whilst working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with an internationally renowned recruitment agency.

Sharon's superior business acumen, professionalism, commitment and attention to detail ensure a high level of customer service for our candidates and clients alike. In addition to her extensive industry experience, Sharon holds tertiary qualifications in Business Marketing.

Prior to joining Cantlie Recruitment Services, Sharon has worked in a diverse range of industries including recruitment, advertising, print production and administration.
