Keith has extensive experience in the recruitment industry working specifically in this profession since early 2001. As principal of Cantlie Recruitment Services, Keith has established a leading specialist recruitment firm in Canberra which delivers quality services across the public and private sectors. Keith along with his team of specialist consultants provides recruitment services in the areas of Executive, Accountancy and Finance, Economics, Human Resources and Office/Administration Specialists.

Keith's strong business acumen, sound judgement and ability to develop workable solutions are key to his success. Additionally, his focus on providing a high level of customer service to his clients has created a new benchmark for recruitment services in Canberra. Keith is a registered employment agent in the ACT, holds an Associate Diploma of Business in Management and works as part of the Canberra Committee of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

Prior to starting his own business, Keith's career was with an international specialist recruitment agency, within several Commonwealth government departments and a major Australian Bank in the areas of operational and customer management, change management and financial services.

Anne Cantlie

Director

Anne is a Principal of Cantlie Recruitment Services. Prior to commencing her own business, Anne provided scribing and recruitment support services, through an international specialist recruitment agency, to a broad range of government departments and agencies. Anne's strong project management skills and attention to detail allow her to provide key support to her clients in these fields.

Previously, Anne was the National Events Coordinator for the Australian Human Resources Institute and the ACT Manager Professional Development for CPA Australia. Anne has extensive experience in working with national organisations, providing a range of services in relation to professional development and national conventions. Anne has also worked with a range of committees to support them with their business activities. Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Accounting and Management Studies) and a Marketing Practice Certificate.
